Sternguard and Terminators are my favorites, although I hoped the multipart sternguard might have included a running and/or kneeling pose to break up the whole 'feet shoulder width apart' standing stationary vibe you get from the Leviathan set.
As you said the Ballistus Dread was a bit of a disappointment in that it has too few weapons systems. It definitely would have made more sense to have the heavy bolters rather than stormbolters and also should have at MINIMUM had a frag launcher on top, but if any Dread was going to have the AA Stubber array mounted on it, the Ballistus makes more sense. I share your hope that if GW does see fit to release a multi part kit that it does end up with more Heavy weapon options like a heavy Grav weapon of some sort or a Thermal Lance weapon a bit like what Armiger's wield. Heavy Flamers in the chassis would give a nice bit of Overwatch deterrent too.

I love the IDEA of Jumppack Assault Intercessors, but Primaris Assault troops feel so neutered bcus they are limited to chainsword and heavy bolt pistols. I miss Power Axes, Evicerators, power Mauls and Thunder hammers, not to mention the lack of pistol weapon options. (It would also be nice if one marine could carry an infernus Flamer or Assault Plasma Incinerator, but that's just me)

Leviathan would have been so great if it had had Jump Assault Intercessors instead of the Infernus squad. Maybe they could have been push-fit without the tactical rocks.

I'd have to agree with you and saying that the Sternguard are my #1 .My LGS had a sale on 10%-15% off this past weekend . I picked up the Brutalis, Sternguard, Company Heroes and Hellblasters this past weekend to of course add to my pile of shame☺ but to also add to my Dark Angels . To add to my pile of shame, my LGS had one box of the Tyranid Onslaught like I need another 40K army like I need another hole in my head ... I picked that up too☺😏

I miss the old assault squad jump packs. They just looked blocky and squared off along the top. It gave the models a few more sharp angles and edges to contrast the smooth, rounded, ceramite armor on the body.

I think I figured out ehy they are putting out so many Lt's. 10 Companies in a Chapter, two Lt's per Captain, so maybe GW plans to make 20 Lt's in total? A Chapter's worth 😂. Funny thing is, they are yet to make a Gravis/Terminator Lt's do I guess even more could be on the way in future. *Sigh* tbh they didn't need to make specific models, you should just be able to make an LT and choose from a decent selection of Wargear

I don't know if I feel burnt out with 10th edition release, but the new release feels off with me. Lack of vehicles other than dreadnought is another sign for me (don't get me wrong *I LOVE DREADNOUGHT!* ). Wish there's new release of flyer vehicle/flying transport for space marines
