Hi, Nolan. First of all, thank you for your advice. I have a mort. renewal coming up this August and we are already with MCAP. We are very happy with the 2.64% rate we've had back in 2019. We do regret not having taken an early renewal of our mortgage when rates were around 2%, but I'll leave that to the past. I was also thinking about a shorter fixed term in order to take advantage of the probable decrease of Interest rates, so my question to you: I'm in Quebec, what are the best of options for me now: Keeping MCAP, looking for a shorter fixed term or trying a variable rate with a short-term?
