I've got chills reading all your comments. Filipina here. It is true that some filipina are looking for foreigners to get out their family in poverty, but that is not the case all the times.
Many had been cheated on or left 'cause they chose Filipinas who are uneducated and have the idea of marrying a foreigner for "greener pasteur" . Once these women get something from you and fall out of love; one day you'll just end up broken and look for someone within their "age range".
I've seen and heard unending stories about this case. Even my students have these perception that marrying a foreigner means "saving your whole family in poverty" . A sad reality but this stereotyping will live through years.
All I can say is, find a woman who is well-educated, who's earning a living, has a good demeanor, and family-oriented. Never settle to those who can give you good sex.
These apply to all, not just to Filipino women.

As a Filipino, this is a red light district. There are beautiful resorts but I understand why you don’t want to come here. Lots of the Philippines are poor, and undermaintained. The resorts are nice though along the beach.

I have a very high opinion of Filipinas and Philipino people in general. I had a very serious Filipina girlfriend in the mid-70's while was in the Marines. She was fantastic. Warm, nurturing, great cook, fun and very sexy. Cukturally, they are ver friendly and easy going people in grneral. I was very young and nit at the time ready to get married, unfirtunately. Her name eas Cynthia Garay. Great lady.

I wish you could show other Filipinas who are educated, family-oriented, not into wearing skimpy clothes, not a face full of makeup, and who are living modestly. :)

Honestly, there are still many high value women (not just Filipinas) who are fervently praying to meet nice and genuine men. Some of them are just preoccupied in becoming more productive and would rather be the best versions of themselves instead of talking to random men and be desperate for attention or validation.

I have a neighbor who is an old white dude with a Filipina wife. She literally just ditches him and takes the kids and he's always in a bad mood and trying to take it out on me.😂😂😂

Edit: Now, he is trying to claim that I can't park on public property. Complete with a threatening note. Needless to say I returned the note to it's rightful owner (him) and informed him public property is property for EVERYONE.

Here’s the thing if you want to marry a woman and not have to help her family, ever, then you shouldn’t marry a Filipina. The default expectation for Filipina/Foreigner marriage is that you will provide for her and help her family at least from time to time. Even in marriages between Filipinos, they are still helping their families.
