I got the 4060ti with i513400f.
But I am planning to return it for 4070 with 13400f

I don’t know if you already got the 4060 but you should probs try to find a rtx 4070 ti as it outperforms rtx 4060 vastly otherwise a 4060 could potentially limit your cpu from performing to its full potential
