Why is the municipality not talking not mentioning how the criminals cutting off all the cables from all the streets. How can they say electricty usage is high now when throught the country most of the electric cables are cut out and not working at all resulting in lesser usage of the power. This just doesn't fit in. They don't even care what the damages of the cables are estimated at.
