AMC EasyQuick: Bell pepper chicken with gnocchi & spinach

For 4 Persons
500 g chicken breast fillet
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 onion
300 g tomato sauce
10 pitted black olives
Salt, pepper
400 g spinach
500 g gnocchi – fresh or refrigerated
100 g parmesan slab
100 g walnuts (without shell)
Olive oil
1. Dice chicken, clean bell peppers and cut them in strips of approx. 3 cm. Chop onion in the Quick Cut.
2. Fit EasyQuick with sealing ring 24 cm on pot. Place pot on Navigenio and set it at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, set at level 2 and place chicken inside. Fit EasyQuick and using the Audiotherm, roast until the turning point of 90°C is reached.
3. Flip chicken and add onion.
4. Add tomato sauce, bell pepper and olives. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Put gnocchi in Combi sieve insert and place on pot. Take spinach in Combi sieve insert, place on top of Combi sieve insert with gnocchi and fit EasyQuick again.
6. Set Navigenio at Automatic “A”, enter approx. 5 minutes cooking time in the Audiotherm, fit it and cook in the steam zone.
7. Chop parmesan and walnuts in the Quick Cut.
8. Refine spinach with cheese and walnuts. Season bell pepper-chicken with olive oil and serve with the spinach and gnocchi.
