India has successfully landed its third mission to the moon, Chandrayaan 3. ISRO's ambitious moon mission landed after completing over 40 days in space. Last month, it lifted off from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi hailed the landing.

The mission has made a soft landing on the south pole of the moon. India has now become the first country ever to reach the moon's south pole. It has also become the fourth country in the world to achieve a soft landing on the moon, after the US, China and Russia.

The mission follows Chandrayaan 1 and Chandrayaan 2. This marks a huge milestone for India in the global space race. Here's a look at the mission’s journey in space and what it will do after this moon landing.

Did some of you really think that the footage is not just a visualization of the Chandrayaan? did you expect a cameraman to be there? their goals is to land on the moon, not to make a disney level animation

To the people questioning whether this is "real" footage:

It is clearly a 3d model to plot exactly where the lander is. It is not a "recording" because the lander cannot record itself from that distance.
Its like when using a GPS app; It draws a little arrow or a little car to mark where you are. It's the same thing here!
