Great video! As a kid we used to take Chef Boy-Ar-Dee spaghetti kits, Top Ramen, Spam and Kraft Mac & Cheese on every backpacking trip. Imagine how much better we could have eaten if YouTube had been around in the 70s.

This is where simple creatives can impact a GENERATION of practical backpackers. I totally use a few 'Mt H' type dinner meals- so you nailed it- they are $$ and full of junk. I love to offset my backpack pantry with alternatives! Great
