Day 1 of eating to bring down my fasting glucose levels.

My plan is to eat lots of animal protein and fruits for this first month and then see how I’m feeling and how my blood sugar levels change.
For breakfast I ate 2 scrambled eggs with ham and cheese and a side of stewed apples. For lunch I had 6 ounces of ground beef with a little sprinkle of cheese and berries and dinner was the best New York strip steak with some more berries. Follow me on my journey.
