Why had my arctic 7 started to automatically disconnect every hour-ish. Also, the feature which changes between 3 setting (by pressing the power button) has stopped working. I’ve only had them for a month or two!

Thanks, was a bit of worried of the red light showing, when I fully charged it. But as you said, I saw the complete battery indicator right after I plugged it with the charging cable to my pc, having its software running in the background and after the pairing was done and updates installed, it worked even without the cable, I guess it couldn't get that specific hardware intel otherwise.

Sometimes my Arctic 7 doesn’t charge and I thought maybe it’s because it’s not up to date, it’s firmware isn’t. So I updated but now it won’t turn on and I’m assuming it’s because the update took a lot of battery and I don’t know how to tell if it’s charging because I can’t turn it on to see the light

hey! so my arctic 7s started acting strange. so the power button still goes from red yellow green with the mic red flashing implying its charging but when i use the engine 3 software it says only 2 bars has charged or when it plugged in it had full bars remaining? ive tried reinstalling the software, resetting the headset and even repaired the receiver to headset. pls help

Hey my SteelSeries Arctic 7 headset were working great until fairly recently when randomly they aren't recognized by my computer anymore, I go to "Devices" and see the headset but under it there is a message that says "Driver Error" and I honestly don't know what is going on. It isn't the USB transmitter itself because it works on every other computer I've connected it to with no problem, however on mine the problem persists. I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers over and over again, downloaded the SteelSeries software, checked to make sure my USB ports work (they do), which was all to no avail. I contacted customer support for SteelSeries and after doing what they suggested (which was unistalling and reinstalling drivers, something I had already tried many times) and seeing that it didn't work once again I got the customer service equivalent of a shrug and that was that. Its just really odd to me because I have had no problems with this headset up until now when they suddenly wouldn't work on my computer

Is there any way to wirelessly connect the Arctis 7P+ to iPhone? I was thinking of buying a USBC to lightning adaptor and plugging the dongle into that. Would that work?
