Dennis Rodman is like the bass player for a basketball team, u might not pay much attention to him while he's there but when he's not it ain't the same

“You don’t put a saddle on a mustang” Dennis was amazing. Rebounds and defense is all “heart and desire”

Dennis Rodman was so much fun to watch. We'll never see another player like that. And I love how he was himself and didn't care what people thought of him.

Man the NBA was so much fun back in the 1990s. The 80s through the late 90s were the golden days of the League. The talent was just outrageous and the game was so pure. Rodman was a joy to watch. Had season tickets to the Magic in the 90s and got to see him play many times a year. A total ferocious beast of a player.

One thing that i respected about Rodman was his work ethic. Even though he would party hard, he will play even harder.

Reggie : maybe I got ejected, how many minutes did I play, that would say a lot ....
- you played 36 mins and had six points
Reggie: yeah, then he guarded me 🤣🤣🤣

Reggie Millers story is the best and most hilarious. Rodman had 34 boards and 10 Pts. Reggie was 3 for 6 and 0 for 1 from 3 for 6 points in 36 minutes. "Yeah...he guarded me"....

Next to MJ, he's my favorite player of all time. No one will ever match his Defense.

He was so good, he made it to the Hall of Fame while averaging about 8 points per game. Amazing defensive player could guard 1 thru 5 on the floor

When you see Rodman, the 1st impression is you probably thinks he is a troublemaker, a rascal. But he is a lot smarter than we think. The way he distract the opponent, then walks away from it to avoid giving foul, simply the smartest defending ever. In other words, he uses muscles and brain.

There was Superman. There was Batman. Then there was RODMAN.

Rodman is proof that scoring alone cannot win games

"Anytime I see Scottie or Michael shoot from the top of the key, I know the ball will come off the rim to the right, " he says, referring to teammates Scottie Pippen and Michael Jordan. "Watch this." He fast-forwards the tape until Pippen appears on the big-screen TV, shooting a three-pointer from the top of the key. While the shot is in the air, other players wrestle for position under the basket as Rodman slides into an open space to the right of the hoop. The shot caroms hard toward the right corner, just as he anticipated, and he is the only one in position to chase the ball down. He fast-forwards again, first to another Pippen miss from the top of the key and then to a Jordan miss from the same spot. Both times the ball bounces off to the right, and both times Rodman—who has spent hours observing the arc of their shots—is in position for an uncontested rebound. He looks away from the television, raises his eyebrows, and says, "See?"

I went to college in the Chicago area during the 90s. Rodman was a staple at the dance clubs and it didn't matter if was a game night or not. He partied as hard as he played.
