Yamato VS Sanji

Strength: Easily yamato, she has greater AP feats and performed significantly better against kaido then sanji did against queen!

Speed: Sanji takes this. He moved so fast that Queen (who had AI adjustments and observation haki) couldn't see sanji. I'll place sanji's speed in the tier of g4 boundman and hybrid kaido.

Durability: Like I mentioned in the video, it's honestly debatable, sanji has amazing durability. While yamato is a mythical zoan type. Zoan's are necessarily known for their durability.

IQ/BattleIQ: Yamato hasn't shown any signs of her being smart in battle or in general, she clearly lacks feats. So it goes to sanji.

Haki: Yamato takes this. Yamato could react to hybrid kaido's attacks, while sanji couldn't react to queen's bracoil hold! Even though sanji specialises in observation, from the feats shown in the manga, Yamato takes Observation Haki. Yamato takes armament and conquerors, she was able to damage kaido, she's also capable of infusing her spirit/will into her attacks.

Offense, and defense: Yamato has shown better offensive feats against kaido, sanji could only beat queen as soon as he used ifrit jambe. Yamato's fruit is capable of being in a defensive type, and has ice based attacks countering sanji's ifrit and diable.

Stamina: Honestly, very debatable. Yamato was clashing with many people at onigashima and was running around protecting momo. She also was still filled with stamina after fighting kaido, and went to the bottom of the island! Sanji took consecutive attacks from black maria and sanji stated he wasn't using armament. Sanji also took deadly attacks against queen, and sanji managed to hold back king and queen for some time. Its very debatable but I'll go with yamato.

Nah, as impressive as she is, I think sanji takes it and still stands in monster trio. Offense/defense in her case I believe to be in not in her favour since if she had it stronger than sanji she would have participated in roof piece and especially with his new ifrit abilities. Also stamina and observation haki comes to sanji, because while she fought off Kaido, sanji took a beating without any haki interference and after that kicked one of the commander's ass, who managed to ko big mom by the way. I almost forgot to mention that abilities come into sanji's hands as well
