The Ra Contact - Original audio recording - Session 97

This video contains an original cassette recording of a channeling session from the Ra contact, a series of 106 sessions conducted between 1981–1984 using a form of “tuned trance telepathy.” Through a series of questions and answers, a group of beings identified as Ra shared information regarding the Law of One, spiritual evolution, and a variety of esoteric topics through a series of questions and answers.

The male voice you hear on the tapes belongs to Don Elkins who served as the questioner. The female voice belongs to Carla L. Rueckert, who served as the instrument for Ra in an unconscious, trance-state. The third person present in the room, Jim McCarty, served as the scribe and energizer during the sessions. He did not speak during the sessions but offers the brief voice introduction to this audio.

The text on screen is a transcript of this audio recording. Due to the necessity of editing the text in small ways for readability, there may at times be slight discrepancies between the text and the audio.

Furthermore, there may be gaps and missing portions in the audio due both to recording limitations and needing to flip the tapes in the middle of sessions. Most of these sessions were originally recorded using three separate tape recorders, but only one was saved from the batch. The text from the missing portions of the recordings has been maintained for this video.

And finally, as the audio was recorded using cassette tape recorders, the quality and volume may vary between sessions. There has been a small amount of noise reduction applied to the audio with the goal of removing static and hiss while maintaining the original quality of the voices on the recording.
