I never reduce that power by that much at a time. I limit my reductions to 5 inches or less to prevent over cooling the engines

22 x 3 = 66NM from dest for TOD. VS = (GS x 10)/2. Works like a charm every time. 3 degree VPA.

Im sure you have seen that one countless times. Never learned your approach for descent management. Think I need to rewind and take another look at it😁🥳

Any tips to get your cruise speed? I cannot get much beyond 140kts at cruise using 75% power settings!

How are you able to open and close the cowl flaps in discrete steps? I use the switches in the cockpit. I have not set up any controls.
