Thanks for all the shout outs. Interesting UC fit, I see the eye bolt is for the UC cross brace, I would have thought the heads of the other screws would have gone through the other way (so should a nut fall off the bolt would tend to stay put but that might be just because you have done a temp fit). It is interesting and comeing along well, so looking forward to the next steps.

Dennis. I have no idea how I made that gear leg 37 degree cut - just no recollection. Had no band saw. I may have tilted my saber saw's blade angle that 37 degrees, and then "went for it. " :) I think that's what I did. Although, cut me some slack, it has been 21 years since I made that cut. :)
