never ceases to amaze me how your videos and topics and when you decide to talk about them align with me so wholly. recently started up two passion projects since this new year and have been so fulfilled in doing so, even if nothing comes to fruition!!

also, the death and grief conversations with loved ones continue to feel so warm to listen to from another person as i am the one in the friend group that also openly talks about these topics. hard to bring up sometimes without feeling like a downer but truly believe it brings comfort to discuss rather than avoid!! <3

I can completely relate to the wanting to birth a passion project. I did my yoga training in October and then moved to Cambodia and it's taken me 6 months to build up the courage to start teaching but now that I have I have a million ideas flowing to me. The deadlines thing is so relatable too!

Once you use the mat once or twice its better to use on bare skin. It definitely levels the pain up a bit but I have fallen asleep on it several times. THAT'S how much it helps with tension and relaxation xx great video again

omg I would absolutely love to hear your perspective on death! I also used to be someone who was afraid of death — not so much death itself but more-so the not knowing what happens next. I had a close friend pass and in a way it kind of helped me become less afraid of it and now I’ve broken free of that scary mindset that used to surround it, but all this to say that I think it’s such an interesting topic and I love hearing what other people think about it too <3
