Behind the Scenes of Disney and Pixar’s Elemental

Set in a city that brings elements of different backgrounds together, Disney and Pixar’s brand-new original feature film Elemental proves that opposites do, in fact, attract. The story follows Ember, a tough, quick-witted, and fiery woman, and Wade, a fun, sappy, go-with-the-flow guy. At D23 Expo 2022, director Peter Sohn, producer Denise Ream, and others took D23 behind the scenes of the film. Elemental is so magical that I am still immersed in the magic that it holds. All my life I’ve been trying to be who everyone defined me as, I never once asked who I was. Elemental and Wish has made me find who I really am and my true wish. These two films are filled with joy, faith, hope, heart, and love that makes me feel seen and heard. Elemental and Wish is what I use to distract myself from reality. These films are the true spirit of both Disney and Pixar.
