In July, 69% of remote workers were experiencing burnout
This figure is 20% higher than it was in May
In spite of burnout, 59% are taking less time off
Increased burnout and decreased time off are signs that employees are working hard to keep their jobs during the pandemic

As of 2019, 70% have developed or are developing a compensation philosophy
However, 27% of firms have not shared this philosophy with their employees
48% of employers plan to work toward increased pay transparency over the next 3 years

In a survey of HR professionals, White employees were less likely to identify problems with diversity and inclusion than Black employees
49% of Black professionals think race-based discrimination exists at work, whereas only 13% of White professionals agree
35% of Black professionals report that the discrimination affects their personal workspace, but only 7% of White professionals agree
If you are less likely to suffer from discrimination, you are less likely to take issue with the inclusion programs at work.
