On our Duet, the F11 error was due to an intermittent 3 pin connector to the MCU. I re-positioned pins and sprayed off the terminals with Deoxit. Now it runs like new. Thank you very much for creating this video with emphasis on the harness connectors, you probably saved us $250 in repairs!

I'm getting an E01/F03 on a new USA-made Whirlpool, which isn't listed here. I notice that many of the unanswered questions below pertain to US-made Whirlpool products. Is it possible that the error codes on EU or UK sold WP machines are different from those of their US counterparts? I know WP bought out Indeset/Hotpoint, so the design of the machine here may have little in common with mine. Thanks for the information anyway.

I have a F06 Error and it's not a motor brushes ( they are practically new! ). I've hear in your video @ 4:23 that there is a "Tacho Coil" that might be damaged? Should I check electric resistance of a coil? Thanks in advance.

I have a Duet steam model wfw8640bw1 about 3 years old. The power button no longer works and when I try to start a load the delayed start is displayed after holding start buttons for at least 30 seconds. I have to try several times for the cycle to begin. Suggestions?

hi, I'm getting a 5d error code, I cleaned drain out an found some debris. ran the machine in quick cycle an still 5d error code at the end of cycle, I repeated 2 more times same result, I then proceded to run the clean cycle with bleach and still 5d error code at end of cycle. I have the model WFW-8410. in your opinion is it the Pump failing or maybe a sock clogged in hose behind pump??

Thanks. My washer has F06 error code. I search usually this caused by overload but I loaded only 2/3??? Why? or maybe is machine problem
