Unboxing & Review of Daytona 3-ton Floor Jack from Harbor Freight

I picked up this Daytona 3-ton Floor Jack from Harbor Freight. I wanted a floor jack that is sturdy, durable and has a low profile, but lifts high enough. The fact that it has a rapid pump mechanism is a bonus. The beautiful green color is also a bonus. Watch as I unbox this puppy and do a quick review. This is one of the items from Harbor Freight that I can recommend.
Project Farm put a few floor jacks through their paces and Daytona came out smelling good!

I had trouble releasing the plastic shipping lock piece.
It was not as easy as the one in this vid.
If anyone has this issue, try flicking it up and out using a screwdriver…quick and easy.
My jack was probably a dud.

Mine doesn’t have that black piece that holds it up. Mine is more indented in. Maybe I’m missing a rubber piece? Anyone know?

Does anyone know what the difference is between this one and the 3 ton low profile Pittsburgh? Besides the price that is.
