This video discusses the importance and performance index function in SmartPLS. This function allows management to make a differentiation among independent variables judging on how important a specific variable in comparison with others and understanding how each variable performs in respect to the dependent variable. As a result, management would have the ability to make prudent decisions and focus on variables more than others. 4 quadrants are explained in relation to this function. the video provides full simulation of the function besides reporting the results.
