From the archives, I present a gentle yoga class led by certified yoga instructor Ruth Epstein. This was filmed in 2005 and shelved until today (2022). It has been converted from VHS to a file format for YouTube so the quality is not up to today's standards, but the teachings are. I hope you enjoy this video.
