Since I was an infant I've always had a hard time sleeping. Partially due to my Nystagmus moving my eyes consistently, and my very active mind part taking in the overtime spent trying to sleep. My brain never seems to slow down while I'm trying to rest. This short showcases the daily struggles I face with attempting to fall asleep at reasonable times, and in general.

Had this problem since a young age I remember crying, feeling alone, praying for God to let me sleep and my mom being irritated by my constant disturbances but you grow used to it, it is nice to know I'm not the only one 😊

I'm surprised that this was a night without a bunch of "OH HELLO THERE" coming out of nowhere.

In all seriousness, my sister had the same trouble trying to fall asleep when I was younger. At first, I never understood why she was thinking so hard in her sleep, but now that I'm older, I'm finding it just as hard to fall asleep as she did. It seems that as we get older and have more stresses in our lives, it just becomes harder and harder to fall asleep because we question if we're doing the right thing and whether or not our futures will be great. Uncertainty sure sucks when you get older.

All creative people have our minds on full throttle at night. it's when I edit, paint, compose, and if course watch YouTube. :) nice to see another VI person working in the visual arts! We have to meet at VidCon! u going this year?
