Photoshop - Background Removal and Replacement

How to remove and replace a background in Photoshop.

Instructions:
Open image.
Unlock the layer.
Go to Properties then Quick Actions then Remove Background.
To adjust any bad masking go to Select then Select and Mask. Use + or - to edit the mask. select Ok.
Select File then Place Embedded and select your new image background photo.
Drag the new layer below the original layer.
