Mass Extinction 🦕 Since life on Earth began, many species have come and gone, and unfortunately, in the past few hundred years we've seen quite a few disappear. In fact, some scientists say we're in the middle of something called a mass extinction. Zoos and Conservation 🐼 Zoos have always been a place where people could go to see rare and endangered animals, but today, many of them also play an important role in conservation. Young Conservationist 🎤 We meet Alice, a member of South Australia’s Youth Environment council, and find out how young people can play a role in species survival. Naturalist Profiles 👤 We find out about the life and work of Charles Darwin, Mary Anning, Jane Goodall and Sir David Attenborough.
