Backbends and hip openers go really well together and help create balance within the body. Backbends help strengthen your core leading to better posture and a more open and energizing feeling. Hip openers release tension and allow you to fully open up and let go. Together they combine in this energizing full 50 minute all-levels vinyasa practice to get your day going!

You can modify many of the poses by using a block or strap, and if you know any other variations of the postures, feel free to throw those in!
