I know it was a mistake, my mother has had a stroke and her memory isn’t the greatest, and she caught herself right afterwards and apologized. But it still sent me there for a moment. This happens to me in high school and most of the time it girls that don’t even know me or knew me back then they would do it to be funny but I just act like I don’t know who there talking about not trying to hide my past but it’s like you don’t have any right to say that name unless you knew me from that time even ones who did know me then shouldn’t use that name I always tell them just take it as you just met Me for the first time a new person that’s still Me but the real Me for the first time

Im not able to be out fully because of my surroundings and it kills me everyday having to wear my boy clothes I hate being called a name I don’t identify with and having to act in a manor that is just not me but very soon I will have my freedom and I am already becoming the woman I am deep down inside if anyone is struggling just know people love you and are going thru the same thing you matter each and everyone of you truly do

Ya they mention their siblings name or cousin or theirs is your deadname and cringe hits hard. Or a connection told them or you didn't change your name yet and they see your ID.
