Maybe try right above where your blush ends on the top of your cheek, but don’t go farther than the end of your eye! (Like highlighter but more below your eye)

I would put the blue blush underneath, like a bigger section. Then add your blush on top, but on a more central small area in between the blue blush and just slighly taper your blush.
Anyways, this blue blush the way you applied it would only work for us that have a flatter face, as it would give the illusion of volume on our cheeks which we lack.
