Only 4 days to go until winter solstice!!! The shortest day of the year!!! After that days are getting longer again - slowly but surely!!! Thank goodness!!!
The bloody darkness can be even more brutal than the cold, eh???❄❄❄
Typically the dead of winter is in late January and early February here too!!!
I suppose "The dead of summer" wouldn't make any sense at all!!!
Right now it's minus 5 degrees in my neck of the woods!!!
According to Wikipedia a jackrabbit can run at a speed of up to 55 km/hr. They normally have a life span of
5 to 6 years in the wild!!!
You have to survive the harsh Canadian winter, WE JUST CAN'T DO WITHOUT YOU!!!🤗🤗🤗

My daughter had a dwarf netherland bunny that live about 12 years. Usually their life span is 8-15 years depending on how they are cared for.

It's really impressive like you can walk there without meeting any person, of course because of the cold temperature everyone stays in his home, but It's really strange to see that for one like me living in a country with a temperate climate and full of people. In Los Angeles
Daylight changes 4hrs and 32mins

Hello Mark, of course jackrabbits drinks water if its posibble to find it. But if not they eat snow instead. Pet rabbit drinks a water too from bowl normally like cats and dogs but if they eat a lot of grass, fresh vegetables they dont need a lot of water😊
