Sounds like the prosecutor needs to talk with the judge about all field sobriety test that lead to convictions of anyone he arrested. Because he WAS NOT properly trained, the prosecutor needs to give the judge ALL FILES INVOLVED and the Judge needs to vacate all DUI convictions. Both have a lawful responsibility to VACATE ALL CONVICTIONS because no formal training was provided!
