I’m a year out since my injury and so far I’ve only limited myself somewhat on days when I’ve had flare ups but on the whole I can’t think of any specific part of my life that I’ve severely limited because of my back. But I do sometimes worry about getting worse and getting to that point. I want to work on my mindset.

I have been limiting myself to do certain things like skateboarding and fishing because it hurts and in my opinion it doesn't help my situation.
