How I Warrantied my Bitcoin Miner with Bitmain

The Bitmain Antminer S21 Bitcoin Miner was a highly anticipated cryptocurrency miner given the success of Bitmain's S19 line. However, A LOT of people are having issues with their brand-new S21s! We received the S21 from ASICMarketplace to review, and at no fault of their own, it stopped working within one week of receiving it. We contacted Bitmain, who instructed us to submit a repair ticket. After some back and forth, they had us send the miner to one of their repair centers in Delaware. Well, the miner is back! Let's review what happened, how the warranty process went, and if the miner is working!

That new connector reminds me of an old black and decker lawn mower connector. Eventually all those little plastic pieces break off leaving the metal tabs exposed. Hope this is a bit more sturdy lol

G'day Vosk. I'm glad you managed to get your S21 back fairly quickly and you're up and running again. Hopefully that's the last issue you have with them and you can coast from here. Oh, I just saw a video stating that installing your solar panels vertically can actually increase your overall voltage due to the panel temperatures being cooler. It can also mean that it's easier to plant crops between the rows of panels. Perhaps this is something to consider when you're planning that install? Cheers mate.

You’re so lucky, mine has been at the new Hampshire repair center since the 12th!!!! Can’t get an answer on what its status is. Mine only mined for about 12 hours before it had a hash board die. I’ve lost out on at least 1200$ as I had received it back in January. Sucks

UPS losing packages is very concerning with how expensive these things can be. Curiouser how a large 0ackage gets "lost". Considering the bitmain badging, I'd assume stolen.
