How to extract email addresses from Outlook emails

i tried but i guess the extraction hasnt pulled out all email ids from a particular folder as i checked manulally by doing a random test. some people who routinely send emails to me were found missing in the output of extractor. please suggest

it worked but more than half the emails are shown as the recipient's names and not their email address. How do you make it show the email address and not the person's names? ok, i just figured it out, it's in the selection process (email names versus email addresses)
