I’ve never considered rain to be healing but I always experienced i’m more calm around water. Pool, ocean, showers & now rain 🌧
For me especially this year, I found rainy days to be very gloomy. I used to be bleh when there was no sun outside & the sky was covered with dark grey clouds, but being outdoor getting drenched in the rains, it had a very therapeutic effect on me. It certainly has washed away some of the anxiety that had been eating me 🥵
