Ingredients for Chettinad Egg Curry:

(Tsp- Teaspoon; Tbsp- Tablespoon)

- Boiled Eggs-4

To Make Chettinad Masala (Masala Paste):
- Oil 1 Tbsp
- Dry Red Chillies- 6
- kashmiri chilli- 6
- cashew nut- 8
- Coriander Seeds- 1.5 tsp
- Fennel Seeds( Saunf)- 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds- 1.5 tsp
- Whole Black Peppercorns- 1.5 tsp
- Curry leaves
- Fresh coconut, grated- 4 - 5 tbsp (around 50 gms)

Tempering:
- Cardamom- 3
- Cinnamon stick- 1 inch
- Cloves- 4

Other Ingredients:
- Oil- 4-5 tbsp
- Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp+ a pinch
- Green Chillies, slit- 3
- Onions, fine chopped- 2 Big (200 gms)
- Salt- 1 tsp (AS REQUIRED)
- Ginger Garlic paste- 1 Tbsp
- Tomato purée (home made)- 5 Tbsp
- Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
- Water- 300 ml
- Black pepper powder- 1 tsp
