What is Data Factory in Microsoft Fabric

But Azure Data Factory has power query too, so Azure data factory and Fabric data factory offer saw services?

Hello Reza. I have a question about microsoft fabric. I still don't understand how the data import part works. For example: I know that, when we want to fetch some data, we can make a connection with the data source, which could be Oracle, SQL, Excel, .... What is different from fabric? Will there still be the connection or will the fabric become a Data Warehouse? That is, we will be able to "update" the data, becoming our own database. In short, I still don't understand the benefit.

I have Power BI Pro and Power BI Premium licenses.
I was told with this I would have access to most Data Fabric services like lakehouse and the spark notebooks. I'm trying to create a PBI monitoring dashboard and came across a solution that requires me to create a Linked Service in Factory. My question is: can I do this without incurring additional costs through this Data Fabric and Data Factory integration or do I have to purchase something separately to make it work?
