35-40 minutes of game played on a 3 hours show is unacceptable. Always has been, always will be.
I hear the injury argument regarding players not wanting to try harder, but I cannot remember anyone getting injured in any All-Star Game.

My solution to the all-star game is to schedule 81 games go back to East versus West and if the East wins all the teams in the East get a win and the West gets a loss or vice versa

I stopped watching All Star games a long time ago. Once upon a time the All Star game was a game of pride and players played for it. Now I think it actually hurts the NBA's image. They need to just end it and give the players a week off and make this week the trading deadline.
