This is not a dead market. This is a live market with increased supply driving prices down. Ok, you don’t sell your stuff as high as you used to; but you can also buy stuff much cheaper and now, at least, there are stuff to buy from the market.

If you are a Seller, it sucks. If you are a Buyer, its awesome. Before the Server merge, people were complaining about not enough 5 Star Legendary gems in the market. So Blizzard merged servers to increase availability of Gems. Now people are complaining because Sellers can't make much Platinum from the 5 Star Legendary gems because there is so much competition to sell gems at a lower price for the Buyers... Can't satisfy everyone I suppose...
At least the gems are now available for players to purchase. Few months ago, there were NO gems in the market! It is what it is bro...

The prices of normal gems have dropped on my server but not as much as as lgd gems. This has been fantastic for new players and f2p to mid level spenders. I typically get about 15-20k of plat per week which means I can buy a 5* lgd gem in a reasonable amount of grind.

Before, on my server, I couldn't even buy one even of I had the plat b/c there was none to buy.

For many players the market has been great. The ones hurt by the crash seem to be the hoarders.

On our server aquamarine and sapphire are also close to minimum price. (about 130-150) all others are for 100 and you can not sell them. You can not sell pets at min price, no one buys them. Same thing on gray and blue runes and skill stones.

It's good the prices are low but you can not get platinum to buy anything. At least not by playing. You can buy orbs for cash and that's all. I liked the trading in this game, but it is now dead.

They just want to push down the market until 1 orb equal to 10 platinum like on their shop.

Blizzard actually loves what's happening in the market right now. Players cannot make platinum as easy as before and there are plenty of supplies in the market. What do players do when they can't sell their items for platinum but still wants certain items in the market? They go buy orbs.

The way the market is now is really good! I can finally buy the gems I want and at a decent price! I hope it won't go back to what it was!

We should be able to put everything we want in the market at max price and it would be bought by the game/npc so we can have the platinum to buy anything else we want from players at lower prices.

Susan has put everyone but their clients into a corner. If you don't cheat by buying plat from them you will never make any platinum; you will never make any progress because you can't buy anything.

If the devs don't find a solution, this game is going to die fast like all the others mmo would suffered the same fate.

I spent my limit a while ago. I was selling normal gems on the market for plat to buy lego gems. Now the only gems that don't sell at minimum are Sapphire. The good leg gems that I need for upgrades are still in the mid 30k or higher. I drop in value of the normal gems has been much greater than the drop in the value for the leg gems so I can't really afford to upgrade anymore.

This is a perfect example of supply and demand. Demand goes down, supply goes up. Vise versa. Once they made the awakening open at rank 5 is what did the game in. Everyone overlooks that. Most medium whales are stopping spending now if your around 6-7k. Also after 8700 reso I no longer need to spend on my character. All my gems are rank 9-10 and all wing slots unlocked. Personally it’s not worth it to 99.9% of players to go past rank 9 5* gems now because that’s your unlock point on gem resonance last slot.

They need to increase players platinum. Increase the daily amount to about 700, and increase how much you get for orbs by about double or triple.

In my opinion, this is awesome.. I managed to increase my resonance by an extra 700 because of the more affordable price on the gem now compared to before where I can’t even buy anything.. complain all u want guys but I’m loving it 😂😂😂😂

On my Server prices are Max 64k for q2 5 Star 😢
