the easiest way to get some gnarly ones are to go up parallel to the ledge, don't go at it at an angle because you will eat shit.
the biggest secret to it is POP THEN POINT.
don't try to pop and go straight into it.
pop and ollie and when you're in mid air point the front of your board onto the ledge.
just remember POP THEN POINT.

you can just yank it out by pinching it with your toe and pulling or just pop it out. Hope that helps.

learn nollie front heels first then pretend to do one but don't let you're body continue the rotation so turn back once you've started the flip trick
