Thank you for this. I am exactly there... Scared. I had cancer in 1997 i am 44 now and just lost my dad from pancreatic cancer and the fear I was hiding in me came back so strong that I started to have anxiety attacks for the first time in my life. I still don't know how to manage it other than It can happen and I will have to accept it... But I can't accept it.
