If you're being followed by the police/government it's so much more difficult to to spot someone observing you due to the fact they have so many different operatives they can use. I had an old lady stop me and ask me to jump start her car using her nice new "truck" jump leads. You need a firm grip to apply these which I imagine will give police or others a good set of finger prints. Should someone randomly stop and ask you to help them handle something, where possible wear gloves. You should have some in your car for changing wheels etc anyway.

"They" work on teams, on the bus they can be anywhere, even in the front, the gadgets will help them to see you, and their cell phones are special once, they have camera lens on the edges, there where you hold your thumb on the phone or in the front edge. You don't even know they film you, unless they want you to know they are filming you.

That would be the only reason to make sure every phone you buy can capture very high resolution videos in crisp detail. Most, even if you capture the follower, might only record a multi-color blob in that person's place.
