Kolkata Case: Agitating junior doctors in West Bengal resumed their indefinite "total cease work" protest on Tuesday, demanding improved safety measures in medical facilities. The protest follows the rape-murder of a doctor at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital in August. Despite previous partial resumption of duties, the doctors claim no progress has been made by the state government.

After site is altered, Indian courts do not accept any evidence. Justice for 2022 and 2024 victim is too far.

The problem is WB voters. In 2024, when Sandesh Khali tribal women were raped, humiliated and their husbands were driven out of the tribal villages, WB voters did not support tribal women but voted for TMC.

The 2022, rape-murder and burning of body criminals have been acquitted.. But WB voters elected 11 TMC women MPs and 29 women MLAs. Did any woman MP or MLA support the victim or women doctors?
Only a capable state government which finds out different ways, to deliver justice, is the solution. In Teluguana, TN, Maharashtra, UP, MP, and Delhi, too rapists - murderers have faced death in police custody and the cases are closed.

The case is trapped in the judicial system even before the investigation stage. The accused will be acquitted in all likelihood because courts do not accept evidence from altered sites. Mamata ji is enjoying a sigh of relief when a date is fixed at SC, while junior doctors who were ordered to join duties are becoming angry. The Indians should understand the frustration of the junior doctors about the very difficult road ahead to cross the judicial system and the emotions of the millions of the poorest class, senior citizens, pensioners, and middle class who have been waiting for a final judgment for decades. Rich advocates are getting bail and final judgment at lightning speed.
Even if a criminal is convicted, it will take 15-20 years to implement the capital penalty
