Why people say its a bad movie?? Mostly in US.

And if you ask someone in India about the movie, people are mad about Tobey Maguire Spiderman 3.. They enjoyed the movie when it was released even I have watched the movie 15 times and it still feels good, maybe I am not enough capable to detect the plot problem can you do this for us???
