I already made a video of this song with Chris Tomlin's rendition. This is pretty much the same video,but with Matt Maher singing (he is one of the co-authors of the song). He's accompanied by the supremely talented Audrey Assad. Yes, Lord, we definitely need You. We are lost without You.

I hadn't heard this song in a while and it suddenly popped into my head and I thought that maybe the holy spirit was guiding me to listen to this song. Sure enough I listen to it and it instantly gives me joy. My husband and I found out just recently that we are almost 2 months pregnant and with us still processing his paperwork so that he can stay in Canada we were a little worried about how everything will work out. But this song reminds me that God is always there, and no matter how good things are going or how small we feel our circumstances are we still need Him and he will always be the Rock that we can hold onto <3

Not everyone has been a Christian their whole lives! I became one a few years ago and had never heard this song until Matt Maher's version on the radio. Sometimes it is good to redo a song so that other generations get the opportunity to know it as well. We are getting blasted by so much info sometimes things fall through the cracks. Wish I knew this song earlier because it speaks to me!

Just wanted to say that I agree with Damien. The best way to show people they need Christ is by living that Christlike life, that people can see through you that there is no denying Jesus, and they want the life that you have, in regards to your relationship with Christ. Also, as a born again Christian, I feel trying to teach people that aren't ready quite often pushes them the wrong way. There's a delicate line that can be really be hard to straddle. I pray we all discern the best way to lead
