Give your kitchen an easy, inexpensive upgrade by painting the kitchen cabinets. This video explains how to paint kitchen cabinets WITHOUT sanding and tips on using a paint sprayer (although brush and roller works just fine too!).
I will mention that this DIY takes time; it's not a complete-in-one-weekend project but the results are worth the extra effort.
