Too many users have viewed or downloaded this file recently. Please try accessing the file again later. If the file you are trying to access is particularly large or is shared with many people, it may take up to 24 hours to be able to view or download the file. If you still can't access a file after 24 hours, contact your domain administrator.

In this post, I’ll show how to fix Google Drive Download limit (Quota Exceeded) Error. Google Drive is the home to backup files and folders in the cloud. We upload, download and share files with our family, friends, clients or in public. If you’ve been using for a while now, you have probably experienced this error.

Here is a method that actually works.

Log into Google Drive, Go to My Drive, create a folder and name it whatever you’d like. Copy the file you’ve been trying to download into the folder, along with anything you’d like, a picture, a text file, or any type of file on your computer, it doesn’t matter what it is.

Right click on the folder with the two files in it and click download. It will say it’s zipping the two files, once it’s done the download of the file you wanted will begin.

I tried the method in this video and it doesn’t work, at least not anymore.
