İf you had a low graphic card then go device Manager then display adapters then go disabled graphic card and try open it. İf it doesn't work go windows defender then select app and browser then you see exploit protection and there is exploit protection settings click it and make sure cfg is closed then restard the pc and open fc 24 it working for me.
