Kannada as a language expects clear pronouncing of the words. You're not pronouncing the words wrong but they should be pronounced clearly and completed. Hwte you're giving it a touch of other style. Maybe improve upon that. I thought I got annoyed only singers like Sonu Nigam didn't pronounce Kannada words properly because his music directors okay-ed them. Now I also get anooyed if the words aren't pronounced clear and completely.
