The next two problems 1. Failure to mold the foundation and as a result the concrete water is eaten by the ground and the concrete cracks and loses its final strength.
2. Not leaving a concrete block to create a distance between the rebar and the ground and again not doing it correctly

I noticed that you use 10 cm thick insulation - is this enough to protect against the cold?
and another question - you do not protect the insulation with a vapor barrier from the side of the rooms.... it can absorb moisture over time and lose its Or does your practice say something else?
Here in Europe, the insulation thickness is from 150 to 200 mm and protection with a 200 micron film from steam from the room
