My issue is that the three "shaky" keys mentioned are subjective. "Social Unrest", "Foreign military/policy failure" and "third party". There is a third party candidate, RFK Jr, and he does have a small contingent of voters. Social unrest could be attributed to Democrats unhappy with the Biden Admin's handling of the middle east, military/foreign policy failure could be attributed to the botched Afghanistan pullout OR the situation in the middle east. However, something tells me that Dr. Lichtman views these differently

He changed again. The other day he said, if Biden remained the candidate for president, he will win. Democrat party must not change the nominee. Now he changed his stand.

His keys are good enough for prediction. It's not science. Also, his keys have never been tested under the circumstances that this election is under. So, take his prediction this year with a pinch of salt.
